1. About us

Jadayat is a boutique retailer of luxury fabrics, ready-to-wear and accessories. You can reach us at hello@jadayat.com.

2. Using our site

• You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• You will not misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, sending malicious code, or interfering with other customers' use of it.

3. Products

We take care to describe our fabrics and pieces as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens and in natural light, and fabric measurements are cut to the nearest half-metre. Where possible we send a short fabric video before dispatch on request.

4. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated.
• Your order is a request to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is detected. In that case we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping page. Estimated times are guidelines only — we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and refunds

Full details are on our Returns page. In summary:

• Ready-to-wear can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unworn and in its original condition.
• Cut fabric, made-to-order and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• If a fabric video was sent before dispatch, the sale is final for that piece.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 days of us receiving the return.

8. Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your legal rights.

9. WhatsApp boutique service

You may place orders and receive assistance through WhatsApp. Standard messaging rates may apply from your carrier. Conversations may be handled by a mix of our AI shopping assistant and human boutique staff. You can ask to speak to a human at any time.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, images, logos and product photography — is owned by Jadayat or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jadayat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
